# SkyStream continued-capture brief

Use this short brief to qualify new fixed-camera RGB collection from the
existing SkyStream rig. It is nonbinding and does not grant a license or promise
that a rare object, weather condition, or model result will occur.

The rig has one fixed viewpoint at one undisclosed site. A custom run does not
add a second geography, camera type, thermal/IR/radar/audio stream, verified
drone/UFO class, species labels, or scientific meteor ground truth.

## What to send

1. **Buyer and use:** organization, technical owner, intended training or
evaluation use, and the decision the collection should support.
2. **Visual conditions:** day/twilight/night, weather or cloud conditions,
ordinary or hard-negative categories, exclusions, and the collection window.
3. **Capture contract:** resolution, frame rate or cadence, clip duration,
event-triggered or other feasible mode, and pre/post-roll needs.
4. **Volume and structure:** minimum and target clips/hours/events, labels,
   tracks, metadata, and delivery schema.
5. **Acceptance:** objective decode, duration, resolution, label, duplicate,
privacy, and delivery checks; state what happens if requested weather or a
   rare event does not occur.
6. **Rights and custody:** evaluation/training/deployment rights, authorized
users, term, exclusivity if any, storage, retention/deletion, and delivery
   method.
7. **Commercial scope:** required date, approved budget or range, pilot size,
   and milestone-funding preference.

Exact capture time, exact location, private ID mappings, source paths,
credentials, and third-party enrichment are excluded unless separately reviewed
and listed in signed terms. Do not email credentials, sensitive coordinates, or
confidential model files.

Collection starts only after feasibility, objective acceptance checks, privacy,
rights, timing, change handling, and funded milestones are agreed in writing.
